1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Vydio AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One account per person.

3. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased in advance and used to generate videos
Credits never expire
Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase — contact support
Credits used for successful video generation are non-refundable
Credits are automatically refunded if a video generation fails
All prices are in USD

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform to generate:

Illegal content of any kind
Non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real people
Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
Hate speech, harassment, or content designed to harm individuals
Misinformation intended to deceive

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Ownership of Generated Content

You own the videos you generate. You grant Vydio AI a limited license to store and serve the videos back to you. We do not use your generated content to train AI models.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, generation failures, or data loss.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vydio AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
